Position Summary
As a Store Supervisor at Most Wanted Jewelry & Pawn, you'll be the driving force behind your store's daily success. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll set the pace, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience.
You'll oversee day-to-day operations, from staff development and customer service to sales performance and inventory management. Working closely with the Owners, Regional Manager, and other Store Managers, you'll help shape the store's results and uphold the high standards that define Most Wanted.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the customer relations atmosphere by leading by example. Greet and interact with all customers to determine their individual needs and recommend appropriate options in a friendly manner.
Manage all training of all staff to achieve Most Wanted's development standards, by assisting staff with training needs and addressing these needs to the Senior Management Team if training is further required.
Ensure that each individual employee is the best suited/qualified for their role.
Create and serve Corrective Action Plans to achieve targeted outcomes for resolution in cases of unwanted errors, behaviour, employee not meeting expectations, or other identified errors.
Perform management open/close procedures.
Ensure that sales floor is clean, stocked, and displays of merchandise are maintained.
Handle all cash and customer items with care and respect to established policies and procedures.
Perform bank runs as necessary
Produce schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts
Manage the administrative process and procedures within the store, which includes inventory, merchandising, shop presentation, shop systems, and reporting.
Effectively communicate to customers and staff: our sales, and loan policies, and routines.
Create bi-monthly store reports
Review store financial statements, communicating results to staff and setting goals for coworkers that will maximize store profits.
Participate and contribute to weekly management phone meetings and other meetings as required.
Communicate effectively with fellow managers, displaying respect and effective communication tools.
Partner and motivate coworkers to create an exceptional customer experience.
Supervise the shop so that operating standards meet or exceed the established Most Wanted minimums.
Review employees performance and ensure employees adhere to and correct the issues outlined in Most Wanteds standards.
Responsible for ensuring that the safety of both employees and customers is of primary concern.
Provide clear and concise communication to all store employees, so that all staff understand the store's mission and objectives. Communications should take place in the form of: meetings, one on ones, memos, notices, and general forum board postings.
Responsible for on-going product knowledge of self as well as coworkers

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in retail in a supervisor/management capacity
Must submit a clean criminal record check
Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team
A strong desire in serving customers, and working with people
Computer literate and able to operate common office machines
Cash handling experience required
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
