Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Mediterranean food . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service, managing staff, and driving sales performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective time management, and a passion for retail sales.

Duties

Supervise and lead a team of sales associates to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Manage day-to-day operations including inventory management, pricing strategies, and merchandising. Train and develop staff to enhance their skills in sales, cashiering, and customer engagement. Implement effective sales management techniques to maximize profitability and drive revenue growth. Monitor store performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized store environment that aligns with company policies and procedures.

Experience

Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role is preferred. Strong background in retail sales with a focus on achieving sales targets. Familiarity with cashiering processes and price management is essential. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in training development to foster team growth and performance improvement. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays and statutory holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
