Position Overview

. We are looking for a hands-on Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Pita Pit location. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values consistency, and takes pride in running a clean, organized, and customer-focused store.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team, maintaining operational standards, managing inventory and labor, and ensuring an excellent guest experience every day.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and lead shifts when required Supervise, coach, and support team members Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations Manage inventory, ordering, and waste control Train new hires and conduct performance evaluations Create schedules and manage labor costs effectively Handle cash procedures and ensure accurate daily reporting Communicate regularly with ownership and collaborate on business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Manager in a restaurant or QSR environment Strong leadership and team management skills Solid understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and daily reporting Comfortable hiring, training, and holding staff accountable Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
