Responsibilities?

Achieve sales targets by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to sales staff. Oversee inventory management, ensuring timely replenishment and effective handling of products nearing expiration. Implement store security protocols, including loss prevention measures. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace policies in accordance with applicable Ontario regulations. Prepare employee work schedules, manage time-off requests, and monitor attendance in compliance with Employment Standards Act (ESA) provisions. Plan and execute seasonal and holiday promotions to drive store traffic. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Provide specialized training to sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for business growth. Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. Lead by example through professional conduct, teamwork, and performance excellence. Perform additional managerial duties as assigned.

Requirements and skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial role. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated sales skills, customer service focus, and a welcoming, approachable attitude. Experience in achieving sales and training objectives. Interest in the beauty industry; familiarity with Japanese and Korean fashion/beauty products is an asset. Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Mandarin and English. Ability to work on the sales floor, in the stockroom, and safely lift up to 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
