Overview:

We are seeking dynamic Store Personnel to deliver exceptional service to our customers in our Halloween Gift Shop. Retail Store Personnel deal directly with our customers, helping with a variety of Halloween products and answering questions about the attraction.

Duties:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

- POS

- Conversing with customers about the attraction

- Guiding customers around the facility

- Helping with products/sales

- Inventory management, pricing and store displays

Skills:

- Customer Service experience an asset

- Positive and friendly attitude

- Time management skills & well organized

- Adaptable in a changing environment

- Proficient in English

- Great communication skills

- Retail experience, including POS experience

- Good knowledge of horror an asset
