Position Overview

Get in on this exciting new Part-Time opportunity in Edmonton! We are seeking an enthusiastic

Store Sales Associate

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our overall mission to lead the barber supply industry through providing outstanding service.

What You'll Do:

Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience. Handle cash and manage cash register operations effectively. Support inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. Warmly greet customers entering the store. Ask open-ended questions to understand the clients needs and offer guidance accordingly. Provide exceptional customer service, explaining our products' features and benefits to clients. Promote new products, and inform clients about current promotions. Undertake additional duties as needed

What You Bring:

Excellent customer service skills, with a track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Proficient verbal communication skills. Previous experience operating Point of Sales systems. Adaptability to learning new programs and tools. A strong desire to acquire product knowledge and apply it to drive sales. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Open availability on weekends. Fluency in Arabic is considered an asset but is not required.

Pay: $16.75-$19.00 per hour
