Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer knowledge and drive sales. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including handling cash and credit card payments. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed. Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks. Provide excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or concerns over the phone. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred but not required. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining store displays and inventory records. Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A positive attitude with a passion for helping customers find the right products.
