We're Hiring: Store Operations & Team Lead at Goods (Kelowna, BC)

Approx. 35 hours/week -- 5 days/week

Starting at $20.80/hour, depending on experience

--someone who can lead the team, support customers, and bring real wellness knowledge to the floor.

This new role is perfect for a

fitness instructor, kinesiology grad, nutritionist, or supplement enthusiast

who wants to share their expertise, while also blending smoothies and leading a team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Running the floor.

Open, close, lead shifts, and keep the team organized during service.

Leading by example.

You'll spend most of your day serving customers, blending smoothies, and setting the tone for the team.

Being a wellness resource.

Answer customer questions about supplements, vitamins, and wellness products with confidence. (We'll help train you on our product lines.)

Supporting the team.

Coach new hires, help with team communication, and keep standards high on every shift.

Helping behind the scenes.

Support inventory counts, backstock organization, and supply restocking.

Optional: Content creation.

If you love social media, we'd love your help creating wellness-focused content with our team (but it's not required).
Who You Are:

You're passionate about health and wellness. Whether you're a

fitness instructor, nutritionist, kin grad, or just obsessed with vitamins

, you're excited to share your knowledge with customers. You've worked in retail, food service, or hospitality before, and you're ready to step into a leadership role. You're proactive, reliable, and comfortable leading a small team. You're hands-on: blending, cleaning, and working the floor alongside your team. You're clear in communication, upbeat, and team-focused. Bonus if you're comfortable on camera or interested in helping with content.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.80-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
