Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales to achieve store goals. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, team management, and hands-on involvement in store activities.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service. Oversee daily operations including inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation. Conduct employee orientation, training & development, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing team. Manage payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting to maintain store profitability. Implement effective recruiting strategies to build a strong team; conduct interviews and onboarding processes. Supervise staff schedules and shift management to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours. Maintain accurate inventory control through regular audits and effective stock management practices. Utilize retail math for pricing strategies, sales analysis, and financial forecasting. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and employee engagement. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team. Strong negotiation skills with experience in purchasing and vendor management. Exceptional communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Solid organizational skills with effective time management capabilities. Ability to perform administrative tasks accurately while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
