Bake Code Chatime is a collaboration between the world renowned bubble tea franchise Chatime and the modern Euro-Asian Bakery Bake Code. Chatime is recognized as one of the finest authentic Taiwanese bubble tea shops in the world and we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated & passionate people to join our team! In this role, you will be required to fill in the team. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with fast, friendly personalized service.
- Have strong working knowledge of our whole menu to help customers with their order, choosing what they would like, educating them on what we make and serve and what their options are.
- Work in a fast paced, high-volume bakery & bubble tea shop
- Prepare all menu items to standard
- Maintain health and safety standards in work areas
- Be professional, polite and reliable
- Teamwork is a must, contributing to quick and efficient service as well as positive team morale
- Performs the Team Leader position
- Creates weekly staffing schedules
- Responsible for ordering and ensures that materials never run out (no stockouts)
- Manages overall staff roster and identifies when new staff hiring is required
- Leads staff engagement initiatives including Employee of the Month and organizing monthly staff events
- Controls store costs and fills out the End Of Month store reporting
- Collects and tracks all monthly costs (including dairy, ice, shipments)
- Tracks all incoming orders
- Collects all information all order information to complete EOM reports
- Identifies local advertising/event opportunities to increase sales
- Must contribute to succeeding in meeting daily targets and goals, while working together as a team to achieve exceptional results
- Leads staff evaluations and works with store owners/regional managers on salary related decisions
- Works with regional managers to solve issues and develop future initiatives
- Fills a position during their shift

- Work well under pressure with a team, in a fast environment.
