At Jordan's Flooring, we're looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager who's passionate about sales, leadership, and home improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of our high-performing flooring showrooms while supporting our Regional Store Manager with multi-location operations.

The ideal candidate has a proven background in retail management, flooring sales, or home improvement store leadership, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll play a key role in driving store performance, mentoring sales associates, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily retail operations, including sales, merchandising, inventory, and staff scheduling. Lead, motivate, and coach team members to exceed sales goals and service expectations. Deliver an outstanding in-store experience and resolve customer concerns professionally. Manage inventory control and ensure showroom displays meet company standards. Support the Regional Store Manager in implementing company-wide initiatives, training programs, and performance reviews. Contribute to regional growth and continuous improvement through collaboration and reporting.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in retail store management (flooring, furniture, or home improvement preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Proven ability to drive sales and manage high-performing teams. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and retail reporting tools. Ability to travel within the region and work flexible hours (weekends/holidays as needed).
