About the Role:

As a Store Manager, you own the success of your store by driving sales, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced retail environment. We're looking for someone who can lead with excellence and bring energy, competitiveness, and commitment to every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Development & Leadership

- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.

Sales & Profitability

- Drive individual and store performance to exceed company sales goals and profit expectations.

Operational Excellence

- Execute daily store operations, including inventory management, floor sets, and company initiatives.

What You Bring:

? 1-3 years of retail experience, including previous management experience.
? Strong ability to train, develop, and lead employees to success.
? A competitive, energetic, and goal-driven mindset.
? Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
? Excellent customer service and sales skills with a positive, outgoing attitude.
