Location Manager

to lead our front-of-house operations while managing the behind-the-scenes admin that keeps everything running smoothly.

The Role:

As Location Manager, you'll split your time between the floor and admin, ensuring both the customer experience and operational side of the business run to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

On the Floor:

Leading by example during service - managing the team, engaging with guests, and resolving any issues quickly and professionally. Maintaining a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere and strong customer rapport. Ensuring adherence to health & safety, cleanliness, and licensing regulations. Supporting staff training and morale to build a strong, motivated team.

Admin Duties (10 hours/week):

Scheduling and rota planning. Stock control and ordering. Payroll preparation and timesheet approval. Basic financial reporting and daily/weekly cash reconciliation. Communicating with suppliers, managing invoices.

We are looking for:

Proven hospitality experience with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role. Strong leadership skills with a proactive, can-do attitude. Comfortable multitasking between fast-paced floor duties and admin responsibilities. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Basic knowledge of pub licensing and health & safety practices. IT-literate (familiar with POS systems, spreadsheets, and scheduling software).

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
