Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service in our retail store.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store
- Supervise and train staff members
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Vape/Smoke Shop management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and customer service practices
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
-Knowledge about mixing vape e-juices

-Knowledge about the existing Suppliers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.87 per hour
Education:
AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred) Retail management: 1 year (required)
Work Location: In person
