Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located at 280 College Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5T 1R9. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include supervising and training team members, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets. The Store Manager will also implement retail loss prevention measures and resolve customer service issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction Proficiency with Shopify and Shopify POS Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills Experience in Store Management and overseeing retail operations Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and procedures Leadership and team management abilities Understanding of electric bikes and green mobility solutions is ideal Understanding of how to operate a rental ebike business is ideal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
