We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Duties
? Balancing shift sheets and processed paperwork's that includes replenishing ATM and preparing the bank cash deposits.
? Weekly and monthly updates which include GEC, Manual Dips, Target sheet,OHS and policy sheet to send in a timely manner.
? Focus on achieving operational targets
? Ordering and dealing with vendors
? Ensuring any maintenance issues are logged and updated
? Training, coaching, and following up with the team to make sure the target and given tasks get done during shift.
? Address and handle customer complaints and concerns
? Maintain a clean store image to ensure is always ready for business
? Keeping inventory stock level as per the company standard
? Make sure everyone's online training is completed before newly hired team member
putting in to on site shift schedule.
? Covering shifts if someone calls in.
? Responsible for scheduling and reviewing the timesheets before sending to HR.
? Merchandising based on the company planograms andstore pricing is up to date
? Ensuring mid-year and year-end inventory sheets are updated
? Counting monthly Inventory, responsible for reconciliation and ensuring no shortages.
? Update Promotions.
? Responsible for any maintenance issues (all equipment is working) to ensure it is being
taken care of in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 44 per week
