Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized

Store Manager

to oversee order intake operations and manage the wholesale functions of our fish processing plant. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of orders, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our wholesale department.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily order intake, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Coordinate wholesale operations and maintain strong communication with suppliers, distributors, and customers. Oversee store and plant inventory, including tracking stock levels and ensuring product freshness and quality. Collaborate with production teams to align order requirements with processing schedules. Supervise and support store staff, fostering a positive and compliant work environment. Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently. Implement company standards related to service, safety, and product quality. Analyze sales data and contribute to planning promotional or operational improvements. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail management, supply chain, seafood/food industry operations, or a similar role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of seafood products or perishable goods (considered an asset). Proficiency in basic computer and inventory management systems.
