Role Overview

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our Midtown Plaza Saskatoon location. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty, customer service, and team leadership. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, and build a high-performing, customer-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support a team of beauty advisors Ensure excellent customer service and team engagement Monitor sales and KPIs to meet and exceed targets Oversee inventory, restocking, and visual merchandising Maintain store cleanliness and health & safety compliance Collaborate with head office for promotions and local marketing Ensure POS accuracy and daily cash reconciliation Manage scheduling, onboarding, and employee training
Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of retail experience (do not has to be manager but retail experience request, beauty industry preferred) Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient with POS systems and basic computer skills Have knowledge on Asian beauty skincare Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
