The Quark Group is very excited to announce that we are increasing our footprint into Atlantic Canada.The first phase will be two Quarks stores in New Brunswick in October of 2022! These stores will be located in Fredericton and in Saint John.We are currently looking for a Store Manager to join our innovative, growing company in Saint John at McAllister Place Mall, to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, fun and professional work environment! If you are someone who is reliable and excited about their work, this is the job for you!The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. You will provide leadership and years of experience building positive work environments. We'd Love to Hear from People With:
  • At least 2 years of retail store management experience is an asset however management experience in other industries will be considered
  • Experience managing 3 or more employees
  • Secondary school graduates or GED
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A positive attitude with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer skills: POS system, inventory control software, MS Office tools
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • A passionate and engaged brand ambassador
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and influencing skills.
  • Natural ability to lead a team in a manner that will build team morale and accomplish objectives.
