We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee our retail operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and management, with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional service and meet sales goals
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Recruit, hire, and schedule employees to ensure adequate staffing
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Qualifications
- Has some sort of knowledge about the baking/food industry
- Proven experience in retail sales and management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as reporting and inventory management
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of sales management techniques
