Tasks
---------Manage staff and assign duties Determine merchandise and services to be sold Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale Determine staffing requirements Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.) Sell merchandise Order merchandise Authorize return of merchandise Assign sales workers to duties Manage cash
Support for newcomers and refugees
--------------------------------------Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.) Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition

Support for Indigenous people
