OLiV Tasting Room Regina, has an immediate opening for a Store Manager. We are looking for a candidate that is a dynamic team player, highly motivated with an attitude for success and a strong passion for food. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise store staff Merchandise product, stock shelves and displays Drive sales and meet sales expectations Provide product information, selection, suggestion to customers Inventory Control and store ordering Establishing creative and successful promotions & marketing at a store level. Scheduling Handle routine sales transactions which include operating cash register and accounting of daily sales Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and product organization Cross sell products Responsible for opening and closing the store. Payroll (Staff hours) reporting to head office Tradeshows Regional Expansion for Product sales Additional duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma (an asset) Previous retail work experience (an asset) Ability to build relationships with co-workers, customers and ensure mutual satisfaction Customer-oriented Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate Effective problem solving and dispute resolution Social media experience (An Asset) Open availability, including weekdays/nights, weekends, and holidays
