We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service, managing staff, and driving sales while maintaining the store's operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to effectively manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and payroll. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market presence. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster professional growth and enhance team dynamics. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Manage scheduling to optimize staff coverage during peak hours. Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.

Experience

Proven experience in store management or a similar role within the retail industry. Strong mathematical skills for managing budgets, payroll, and inventory. Experience with cash handling procedures and financial reporting. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions. Demonstrated ability in team management with a focus on training and development. Familiarity with sales techniques and market analysis to drive business growth. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer engagement.
