'We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead our team at Right Choice Flooring Ltd. in Prince George. This role is vital in ensuring smooth store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining our reputation for quality and professionalism.'

'Responsibilities'

Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and high standards.

Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service. Manage inventory, purchasing, and merchandising to optimize product presentation. Implement sales strategies and promotional activities. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Measure and evaluate job sites. Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations. Monitor financial performance including budgeting and sales targets. Foster a positive work environment aligned with company values.'

'Qualifications'

2-3 years proven management experience in retail or flooring industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to motivate a team and drive sales performance. Excellent customer service skills. Must speak and write English. Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and retail math. Experience with POS systems is advantageous. Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings. Experience in home building/renovations. A high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.' Wages will be discussed based on experience
