We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily operations at our store location. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, retail management expertise, and excellent communication abilities. Duties

Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service Manage daily store operations, including merchandising, pricing, inventory purchasing, and POS transactions Oversee sales management strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and improve overall store profitability Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience through exceptional customer service Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones Maintain accurate bookkeeping, cash handling, payroll processing, and administrative records Monitor store budgets, control expenses, and optimize operational efficiency Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and updates Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations

Experience

Proven supervisory or managerial experience in retail sales or store management Strong background in merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management Excellent negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping software Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with diverse customer bases Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work culture Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and vendors Knowledge of marketing strategies to promote store products and services

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
