Location:1050 Kennedy Circle, Milton ,Ontario

Reporting to Director of Retail Operations & Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruit, hire and train top talent

Manage store team and individual performance

Manage delegation of responsibilities amongst staff with clearly defined expectations

Maximize store profitability while decreasing expenses and exceeding sales & profit margin targets

Create weekly action plans to meet or exceed KPI targets

Lead and execute loss prevention measures

Maintain inventory management control, operational functions, administrative duties and task management

Execute instore marketing and merchandising plans

Participate and contribute to weekly operations calls

Responsible for maintaining a customer centric environment

Engage in community outreach programs

Create a healthy and motivating work environment

Exemplify company core values and understand the company mission

QUALIFICATIONS

2 - 3 Years of experience in a natural health retail environment

Post-secondary education in either Natural Health, Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, Naturopathy, Homeopathy is an asset.

Strong understanding of natural health products

Superior leadership, coaching and people management

Excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills

Must be able to work evenings and weekends

Strong computer skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
