We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to join our team at Nella Food Equipment. This pivotal role is essential in driving our mission to provide exceptional service and quality products to our customers. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience while leading a motivated team.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Lead, train, and develop store staff to achieve performance goals. Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock control. Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue. Foster a positive shopping environment through excellent customer service. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in inventory management systems and retail math. Ability to analyze sales data effectively. Experience in customer service with a focus on satisfaction.
