The base wage for this position is $50-55k before tips. On average all asociates make an additonal $3-$6 hourly.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Pre-employment Criminal Record Check
Provincial Certification Required
Desire and ability to develop a positive in-depth understanding of cannabis
2 years plus experience in a similar scope of role with sales and customer service experience in retail or hospitality with extensive customer-facing interaction
Ability to diplomatically and professionally interact with customers at all times
Typical responsibilities of the job include:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and educate them on responsible cannabis use
Provide information based on ongoing learning and accurate product knowledge
Convert customer needs into sales in real-time using tablets for order processing
Cultivate, grow and retain customer base through an exemplary customer experience
Working with team members to fulfill orders and cash out customers
Comprehend, apply, follow and enforce guidelines as required by industry regulations

Roles and Responsibilities
Create and develop a strong culture that motivates team members to deliver extraordinary customer service and education to our customers
Hire, train, and develop staff in accordance with operating policies, procedures and best practices
Coach team members and provide constructive feedback to foster their development in line with their career aspirations
Create and execute initiatives to increase customer acquisition, loyalty and community support with the assistance of the executive team
Create and manage monthly schedules and payroll
Work closely with the corporate team and other store managers to share and coordinate multi-store marketing strategies, promotions, community service campaigns, educational programs, and team member training.
Working closely with the corporate team to review sales reports and identify sale trends, inventory strategies/reorders and operation strategies.
Assist in creating and implementing store initiatives and team member education and training of new product and accessories
Ensure POS transaction and end of day cash reconciliation is accurate and follow-up on any discrepancies
Follow inventory management processes and ensure inventory controls are in place
Product ordering and receiving
Enforce store policies, brand guidelines/campaigns, procedures, and operational guidelines
And all other duties as assigned
