Responsibilities:

Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee all operational activities
Manage merchandising
Oversee front-end operations
Handle recruitment and development of store staff
Organize scheduling and inventory management
Create an environment where individuals feel valued and want to contribute to the store\'s success

Qualifications:

Friendly and helpful team player
Strong communication skills
Safety focused mindset

Entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent time and productivity management skills
Ability to lift, bend and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs
Completion of secondary school, post secondary preferred
3+ years\' experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail
