About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead daily operations, manage the team, and ensure excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity to take ownership, drive results, and grow together with a dynamic company.
Key responsibilities
Oversee store operations and sales performance
Manage stock, merchandising, and supplier relations
Recruit, train, and motivate staff
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance
Handle customer issues and improve processes
Requirements
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Retail or grocery management experience is an asset
Confident PC user (POS/inventory systems a plus)
Responsible, proactive, and customer-focused
