Responsibilities
Deliver on key performance indicators and sales targets
Enable a best-in-class customer experience
Create an environment where team members feel valued, can grow and function well as a team
Be the face to the community in the area your store operates
Develop referral relationships, execute promotions, and ensure top-of-mind awareness for Mobile Klinik
Lead the team on the customer journey by ensuring the best-in-class repair, care, sales, and services
Develop expert-level knowledge and lead the execution of the store processes, policies, and procedures
Manage inventory, including receiving and ordering parts and products, including Certified Pre- owned phones and accessories, efficiently and effectively
Working hours and locations

Work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings and weekends
Hours vary by location and time of year

What you can expect after you apply
Our recruitment process consists of a multi-layered approach during which we are happy to provide accommodations as needed
Base Salary:
$42,000 - $53,000
Bonus Pay:
Monthly activations bonus and 15% annual performance bonus
Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
