Position Summary

The Store Manager plays a vital role in leading the day-to-day operations of the store. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who ensures excellent guest service, smooth team operations, adherence to company standards, and strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff management, and customer service. Lead, motivate, and train team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards. Manage employee schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations. Monitor food preparation, product quality, and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Handle cash management, inventory control, and ordering of supplies. Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase profitability. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism. Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, health and safety protocols, and operational standards. Collaborate with head office for staffing, promotions, and reporting.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service or hospitality industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety, health standards, and POS systems. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
