We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive the success of our store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in retail management. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Duties

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service. Oversee daily operations including merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling. Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance. Manage payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability. Implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and attract new customers. Supervise store activities including pricing, purchasing, and sales management. Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects company standards. Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Experience

The successful candidate should have:

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role. Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal relations. Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures. Experience with budgeting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks. Ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple priorities. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions. Knowledge of merchandising techniques and retail sales strategies. Familiarity with training & development practices to build an effective team. Pay: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
