Key Responsibilities:

Drive store-level KPIs and overall performance.

Manage employee schedules and zoning to ensure efficient store operations.

Oversee workload distribution among staff to maintain regulatory compliance.

Cultivate and retain a loyal customer base through exceptional customer service.

Lead and develop the store team through coaching, sales metrics analysis, and succession planning.

Ensure operational excellence in managing inventory and adhering to SOPs.

Supervise the shipping and receiving process, as well as operational ordering.

Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational practices.

Assist customers and team members to ensure optimal service at all times.

Understand and enforce industry regulations as required.

Build rapport with customers by customizing services and product offerings.

Support operations including scheduling, payroll, recruitment/training, and cash management.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 19 years old.

Selling it Right Standard Certificate is required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail management or hospitality, with a strong focus on sales and customer service.

Ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with customers.

Experience with operational processes, point of sale systems (COVA & DUTCHIE), and cash management is preferred.

Police background check may be required.

Schedule:

Flexible availability required, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Day shift, night shift, and hours on Monday to Friday as needed.
