Responsibilities

Conduct interviews and hire new team members, providing training and ongoing support. Negotiate with vendors for inventory purchases and manage stock levels effectively. Oversee cashiering operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to company policies. Maintain a clean, organized store environment that enhances the customer experience. Develop schedules for staff that optimize time management while meeting business needs. Communicate effectively with team members, providing feedback and fostering a positive work atmosphere. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
