Chow Tai Fook (Eaton Centre) is looking for a Store Manager.

Duties:

Oversee daily retail operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store Lead, supervise, and train staff, fostering a positive and motivated work environment Ensure excellent customer service and address customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth Monitor store KPIs, including sales performance, conversion rates, ande customer satisfaction. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and drive revenue growth Build strong sales and service relationships with customers in all aspect of store operations Create a learning environment to coach and develop our Retail Team Members Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations

Requirements:

2-3 years of management experience, preferably in Retail Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team Strong organizational and time management skills Customer- oriented mindset with excellent problem- solving abilities Fluent in English, Cantonese, and/ or Mandarin preferred Able to commute to different store locations as needed
