Overview

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management. This role involves managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Greet Customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.

-Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customers needs

-Describe merchandise, explain use and care of merchandise to customers.

-Be able to answer all questions regarding the store and its merchandise

-Compute sales, total purchase, and receive and process cash, debit or credit payment effectively.

-Follow Route 90 Craft Supplies refund policy, lost products, exchanges and returns.

-Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.

-Price, arrange, and display merchandise to promote sales.

-Examine all products to make sure they are properly priced.

-Inventory stock and requisition new stock from main store.

-Open and Close Cash performing tasks such as counting money, recording refunds, gift cards, vouchers, POs, and making deposits

-Maintain Route 90 Craft Supplies dress policy and uphold with all staff.

-Maintain employee files, Keep track of all lates, missed days and requests for time off.

-Ensure time is correctly entered on board when a staff is late.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or store supervision with strong leadership skills. Proficiency in merchandising, pricing, POS systems, cash handling Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively Minimum 1 year experience in a management or supervisor position Reliable vehicle with driver's license Excellent working knowledge of Facebook and Advertising
