Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our store meets its sales goals while providing an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Oversee daily operations including inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation. Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance. Handle cash management and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed. Implement effective marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Manage inventory levels through effective purchasing practices and merchandising strategies.

Experience

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role. Strong background in sales management with a focus on achieving targets. Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Experience in training & development of staff to foster growth within the team. Knowledge of bookkeeping, administrative tasks, and basic math skills for financial management. Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities that inspire others.
