We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive shopping experience while managing store performance and team development.

Duties

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee daily operations including inventory management, cash handling, and administrative tasks. Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales opportunities. Manage budgeting processes to ensure financial goals are met while maintaining operational efficiency. Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment for both customers and employees. Analyze sales reports and market trends to make informed decisions regarding product selection and pricing strategies. Foster a team-oriented atmosphere by promoting open communication and collaboration among staff members.

Qualifications

Proven experience in store management or a similar role within the retail industry. Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff members. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of store operations. Proficiency in math for budgeting and cash handling tasks. Ability to sell effectively while providing outstanding customer service. Administrative skills necessary for managing schedules, payroll, and inventory records. Familiarity with inventory buying processes is preferred but not required. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers and team members.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
