What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the heart of your store, responsible for both customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This includes:

Exceptional Customer Service:

Provide an unparalleled experience, guiding customers with expert advice on supplements, health, and exercise.

Team Leadership & Development:

Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire your team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring they're product experts.

Sales & Business Growth:

Drive store traffic, achieve sales targets, and identify new business opportunities and community partnerships.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee inventory management, ensure impeccable store presentation, manage budgets, and maintain efficient operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
