Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Train and develop store staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts
- Conduct regular store meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven experience in training and development of staff
- Excellent sales and marketing skills with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers
- Proficient in math for inventory management and financial analysis
- Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Experience in sales management, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and motivating a team
- Ability to recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
