We're currently seeking an experienced and motivated Grocery Store Manager to lead daily operations and support our team.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and results-driven Grocery Store Manager with at least 2 years of management experience in a grocery store. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire store operation, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining product quality and availability, and delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the grocery store, including opening and closing procedures Supervise, train, and lead store staff to ensure excellent performance and teamwork Manage stock levels, ordering, receiving, and product rotation to ensure freshness Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage Monitor sales and expenses, and implement strategies to meet store goals Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager in a grocery store setting Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Solid understanding of grocery operations, including inventory and stock control Ability to lead by example and build a positive team culture Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Familiarity with food safety standards and health regulations High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
