We are looking for someone with Passion for detail... Is marketing one of your passions? Are you a wine geek? Love a great Craft Beer? Do you have a professional approach to customer service? Experience in liquor retail, working with licensees or events services background are an asset.

Duties and Responsibilities



Excellent organization and time management skills

Monitor and report on all aspects of store operations.

Managing inventory ordering and receiving

Complete daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

Excellent interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills

Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge,

professional appearance, demeanor and attitude at all times.

Each shift is split equally between opening and tending the front end and completing daily tasks in the office.

Ability to work with all levels of employees

Being responsible for the recruitment, hiring and training of staff.

Setting daily tasks for the store

Creating and monitoring an efficient weekly store schedule

Ensuring the store is always clean, maintained, stocked and ready for business.

Implementing marketing strategies including updating and monitoring

Social Media accounts and in-house displays and promotions.

Ensuring timely and professional looking product promotions

Sales Clerk Duties 60% - Office and Management Duties: 40%

Experience:



Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Retail Management: 2 years (preferred)

Education Secondary School (preferred)

Serving-It-Right (required)

Requirements



Able to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends

Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds

Able to stand without difficulty for an extended length of time Comfortable climbing ladders

Must be able to pass a background check/criminal record check

Must own a car and have a valid driver's license.

Must be familiar using computer POS systems, Microsoft Suite products such as Word and Excel and posting on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Must be highly self-motivated and possess strong sales background

Shift availability: Day Shift (preferred) Night Shift (as required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
