Uncle Wiener's Wholesale is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires flexibility, as the successful candidate will need to relocate to any of our locations as needed. To support this transition, we offer a generous moving allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales Performance

: Meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals by implementing effective sales strategies.

Cost Management

: Monitor and control store expenses to maximize profitability while maintaining high operational standards.

Inventory Optimization

: Manage inventory to minimize shrinkage and ensure proper stock levels.

Team Leadership

: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve store objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.

Operational Efficiency

: Streamline processes and workflows to reduce inefficiencies and save costs.

Analyze Metrics

: Regularly review sales data, customer feedback, and operational reports to identify growth opportunities.
Key Qualities We're Looking For:

Financial Acumen

: Ability to manage budgets, forecast sales, and understand key financial metrics that impact store performance. Proven experience in retail store management (preferred but not required). Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow with the company. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to adapt to new environments and thrive under changing circumstances. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
