Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Cannabis Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store's day-to-day activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Duties:

- Supervise and lead a team of retail staff

- Manage store inventory, including ordering and restocking

- Implement strategies to meet sales targets and profitability goals

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations

- Oversee payroll and scheduling for store employees

- Monitor and control store expenses through budgeting and cost management

Skills:

- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management

- Proficient in budgeting and financial management

- Excellent organizational skills to maintain store operations efficiently

- Previous experience in cashiering and handling transactions

- Ability to conduct interviews and hire new staff members

- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers
