MK Group is looking for a hands-on Body Shop Manager who knows collision repair, thrives on leadership, and takes pride in quality work and customer satisfaction. If you're passionate about cars, people, and building a high-performing shop, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Lead day-to-day body shop operations and keep work flowing smoothly. Manage technicians, painters, estimators, and support staff. Ensure repairs meet quality, safety, and OEM standards. Oversee scheduling, cycle times, productivity, and shop performance. Deliver outstanding customer service and handle escalations with confidence. Review estimates, parts, supplements, and repair timelines. Build a positive, accountable, and team-first shop culture.

Who You Are:

Experienced in body shop or collision repair operations. A natural leader who can coach, motivate, and hold people accountable. Customer-focused and solutions-driven. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers and KPIs. Hands-on when needed--you're not afraid to be on the floor.

What You Bring:

5+ years of body shop, collision repair, or automotive management experience. Strong knowledge of estimating, repair processes, and workflow management. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with shop management or estimating software (an asset).
