About the Role

We are seeking an?experienced Store Manager with a proven background in retail tire and wheel operations. Candidates must have hands-on experience with tire and wheel fitment, inventory management, and customer service in the automotive aftermarket. The Store Manager will lead the team, ensure operational excellence, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding the 1010TIRES.com brand.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales and service goals in a tire and wheel retail environment. Oversee tire and wheel fitment services, ensuring accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction. Manage order processing, inventory documentation (shipping, receiving, returns), and proper parts storage. Supervise seasonal customer storage programs: track tire/wheel changeovers, document wear and replacement needs, notify customers of renewals, and manage invoicing/disposition. Handle vendor management including purchase orders, returns, and compliance with company standards. Face-to-Face Customer service and Sales: Managers are responsible for the every day sales and customer service at the customer level. Ensure accurate financial reconciliation, reporting, and compliance with loss prevention procedures. Recruit, train, and develop employees with a focus on technical fitment knowledge and customer service excellence. Model and promote a culture of professionalism, trust, transparency, and safety.
Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of retail tire and wheel management experience?(fitment expertise required). Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. Strong knowledge of tire and wheel fitment, product lines, and aftermarket accessories. Experience with inventory systems, vendor management, and order processing. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
