Caledon East Guardian Pharmacy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that sales targets are met while maintaining high standards of store presentation.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling. Manage scheduling and staff and delegating to team members. Implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase foot traffic. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficient in POS systems, cash handling and administrative tasks. Solid understanding of merchandising principles, pricing strategies, and inventory control. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Work well with others and be a team player. Previous Pharmacy Retail experience with a large front store is an asset. Working on plannograms, displays, optimizing products to produce sales. Working with management to develop a great positive shopping experience for all our patients and customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
