We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead and oversee daily store operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management. This role involves managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance to meet business objectives. Duties

Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and professional growth Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, and POS transactions Manage payroll, budgeting to maintain financial health of the store. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming environment Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, policies, and updates Monitor sales performance metrics and develop strategies to achieve sales targets Handle cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity while maintaining proper cash register operations Coordinate purchasing activities to ensure stock levels meet customer demand while controlling costs Maintain organizational standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies

Experience

Proven supervisory or managerial experience in retail or related fields with a strong background in store management. Proficiency with POS systems. Excellent communication skills. Ability to lead teams effectively through coaching, mentoring, and organizational skills. Prior experience in customer service roles with a focus on phone etiquette and conflict resolution.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
