Store Manager

Position Overview

As the

Store Manager

, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Bradford location. Your leadership will directly impact store performance, customer experience, and team development. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, accountability, and a passion for helping people reach their health and fitness goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations

Oversee all daily store functions and ensure corporate standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment Manage inventory, receiving shipments, brand counts, and dated product control Follow merchandising & signage guidelines as per corporate policies

Sales Leadership

Drive store sales and meet monthly/weekly targets Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase average sale, 2+ %, and ticket count Lead by example with strong product knowledge and customer engagement Create and uphold a positive sales culture within your team

Team Management

Train, coach, and mentor staff to their full potential Schedule employees based on store needs and labour budgets Conduct performance check-ins and address issues professionally Foster teamwork, accountability, and a high-energy environment

Customer Service

Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience Provide expert guidance on supplements and nutrition Handle returns, concerns, and escalations with professionalism

Qualifications

Retail management experience (minimum 1-2 years preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Sales-driven mindset with proven results Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Passion for health, fitness, and the supplement industry Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak retail seasons (Black Friday, January rush, etc.) Reliable transportation to the Bradford location Social Media / Community Outreach engagement
